 The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.   I then added a small round white fused glass cab to the top and fused again.  This extra step gives the painted lady a 3 D effect and an awesome look. This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. She has a lot of details added to this mini work of art.  All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.  Let me know if you want it with or without a bail.
