The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are blue, she has reddish brown hair. A beautiful piece of dichroic glass is the rising sun.   This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
