Silver Bail
The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  Leopold hides on Penelope's Hat as a Bat gets too close for comfort. This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
