Silver Bail
The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  Sid is hiding on her Witches Hat as they spot Two Ghost peeking from behind the tree.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
