Silver Tube Bail

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Blonde hair, blue eyes,  and the background is a beautiful shade of mottled yellow.   This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
