 The base glass is black Dichroic Glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.   The results are amazing.  You have a rainbow effect on the back glass that looks like clear water reflecting the surrounding colors.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. She has a lot of details added to this mini work of art.  All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.  Let me know if you want it with or without a bail.
